Phenomenal prices and diagnostics. I bought a pc in November and have been slowly upgrading it. When it came time for my to upgrade my heat sink the pc never even ran windows at a tolerable speed. I took it here with hopes of a diagnosis and they delivered. They were patient with me as I was working around my schedule to bring them parts for better trouble shooting. After I got them everything they needed they let me know the issue the next day and I came and picked it up. Replaced the motherboard as told and it runs better than it ever did.

I reached out to Computer Solutions on Wednesday about a possible software issue with an iPad. I was told the diagnostics that would need to be ran would take 30 - 40 minutes and would cost $25 if the iPad wasnt under any type of warranty that would cover it. With the time and cost information given to me, I thought they would have have the iPad done within a few hours or just a day. When reaching out to the company about the progress of the diagnostic the next day, I was told they had products that came in from one of their providers and that took priority the day before, which was fine. Thursday, nobody reached out and their was no update on the diagnostic. Today, I called when they opened and honestly it seemed that they had forgetten completely about the iPad. Luckily, I was able to get the iPad back today, and was told their was no software issue. Slightly annoyed to find that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the device, but it took 2 1/2 days to come to that conclusion. It might have just been bad timing all around, but either way the lack of communication throughout was not appreciated.

I’ve bought my laptop here twice, I broke the screen the first time and accidentally spilled water on it the second time. Both times computer solutions fixed the issue and had it working like it was brand new. This is the most professional repair place is Ruston Louisiana, the price is amazing, the customer service is amazing, and the repair speed is quick, both my repairs were done within 24 hours. Thank you for being an amazing company computer solutions

Brought my computer her to get the fan fixed and when I got it back the keyboard didn’t work. Then they tried to charge me 200$ to get the keyboard replaced and a consultation fee.

If you live in Ruston and have computer trouble, this is the place to go! I’ve had to take my MacBook Pro to them twice within the past 8 months! Not only do they honor your AppleCare policy if you have one, they’re a certified repair facility! They understood the overwhelming urgency I was facing with my computer being down while approaching summer finals. Jes took great care of me and of course did not promise that my computer was repairable nor did he promise me a super quick turn around, which is understandable since it was a logic board issue! I dropped my laptop off last Friday right before closing as it would not turn on. Today I got a call saying that my laptop was fixed already and ready to be picked up. They waited for me to turn it on and make sure it was all better. While I hope to never have an issue like this again, I’m glad to know they’re around to help out! Best place in Ruston!
