They have a problem that not many agents have and the ones that are there are very arrogant, few of them are very attentive, very few of you call them and they don't want to answer you, they leave you on hold for a long time, in the end they hang up on you, you call them again and they immediately cut you off. call and the few agents who want to help you do not have the tools at their disposal to help you
