This is the worst I've experienced with them. I have been a loyal customer for years. A few weeks ago I had to file a claim on my policy that wasn't my fault. The adjuster hasn't been following up at all. I have to call numerous of times and hope she picks up. Fast forward to today. My car is at a shop will be ready for pick up Saturday but the body shop still hasn't received funds now I'm still without a car. I called my adjuster to let her know I will need a rental until they release funds. Still no call back nor any funds release. I will be looking for another insurance company.
