Please do not book here and waste your money like we did last night. The hotel should be shut down and gutted. It is so old and drabby. Only positive thing I could give is the girl Fateemah who checked us in. She was polite and gave dinner suggestions. When we went to our room there was a gas smell. We went back up and Fateemah said fire company was there, it was sewer gas. That in itself was gross. When we got in our room OMG it was so old. It was clean but because it was so old and drabby it didn’t feel clean. Paint chopping, spackled walls where there were leaks, the shower rod kept falling down during the shower. Beds were hard and noisy. Pillows uncomfortable. We could not get a refund since I made the reservation that day but will be reaching out to corporate. And the worse part was being charged $264 for one night. The night before we stayed at a super nice modern Hampton Inn for $216 a night. We did not stay for breakfast. If the outer areas are gross, I did not want to think about the food prep area. We were up and out by 7 am. When I checked out the woman at the desk didn’t ask us how was our stay. Only thing I said was Fateemah was the only positive comment this hotel will receive. She said thank you and have a nice day.

This hotel is clean and quiet. The only reason I gave service 4 stars was because for some reason they only made up one bed even though we used both beds. The first day we thought maybe because we left a folded blanket on it but the second day we didn't and only one was made. Plenty of towel replacements. We only had one roll of TP and if we were there any longer it would have run out. A spare roll would have been reassuring. Just some things to work on. Breakfast was typical hotel food but a huge selection! I really like the scones when they are fresh. Overall, great stay.

The night auditor blue was absolutely amazing she did everything to accommodate me plus some one of the best front desk agents I’ve every came across!!!!!

The hotel breakfast was really good, the staff were friendly also but it stopped there I was moved 2 times and both rooms were horrible it smelled like mold, stains were on the walls, both rooms had ceiling damage from leaks it was horrible

The bathroom in our room was not clean. There was hair in the facebowel, shower , on the shower wall, around the outside of the tub on the floor. A nasty bathroom says a lot about a hotel. I stayed because I needed a little sleep before I got back on the highway.

The place was clean, quiet, and the people super kind, but the BREAKFAST. I’m a breastfeeding mom who is always hungry and cravy (and who travels a lot) and I’ve never seen a continental spread like this. Red velvet waffles. Chocolate chips, walnut, and strawberry puree toppings. Maple sausage. Egg white frittatas. Plus all the usual fruit, cereal, baked goods. I actually feel nourished for a long drive with an eight-month-old. Thank you, Hampton.

Good spot, can’t go 5 stars because it’s old and not updated, but what they have there is clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly, rooms were nice and breakfast was good. Parking was easy and quick on and off the freeway. This Hampton is less expensive than neighboring towns probably because it’s older. Great spot.

The free morning breakfast was awesome. I really liked the oatmeal which was cooked correctly and served hot as should be. Condiments were all there including walnuts and all were fresh.

Good place to stop for a quick one night stay. Quiet place the night we were there. Sheets were fresh. Shower was clean. Did the trick. Staff were very nice.

Grabbed on to shower grab bar and it came completely off the wall as I struggled to avoid falling.Towel wall shelf not firmly anchored to wall.Toilet seat hinge so loose on toilet it would have been hard not to slide off of toiletRooms: Poor maintenance of physical facilitySafety: Grab bar in shower is just waiting to result in claim against owner/operator of hotel.

Good place to stay but they are getting pricy.
