Nice organized clean store with nice employees. But generally, most HF stores are. People need tools, not a 20V Dewalt battery for 200 bucks. DEWALT is dying a slow painful death. Hate to see it. Joke, whats a 100 dollar drill, that needs a 200 called, give up, DEWALT!!

UPDATE 11/2: This store is still holding my own money hostage. I am supposed to hope that they will make things right weeks after they stole my money, when the item they overcharged me for shows up at their store. I have driven out of town twice this week to spend hundreds of dollars at hf in the next town over. Obviously, I'm nervous about using any of my coupons at this location anymore as the manager is openly fraudulent.
I have been an ITC member for years now. This store committed fraud today and illegally charged my credit card for a non itc member price for a very expensive item. Then, they told me that they could not revoke the charge or make it right at all. I will be calling the credit card company to file a charge back for the fraudulent charge asap.
I'm still out of the 20% savings on my item now and have been far from made whole thus far.
The store completely admitted fault and STILL refused to fix their own issue, I'm a little flabbergasted by their illegal actions..

Love Harbor Freight! Went in looking for a pair of good snap ring pliers. Their selection was their brand @$4.99 or a set for $99.99 or a set for $149.99. nothing in-between!! We got the $4.99 pair with 3 different heads and they did not break. Regardless, the Ruston store is small and understandably limited on space, I wish they would have had something between $5 or $100! Still a great place!!

I was pleasingly surprised at the size and the abundance of tools. I went to the clearance section and wished I had enough money to buy all these bargains. I bought a Hercule tool at a great price. I will be back for more bargains after my income tax refund. The staff is helpful and friendly. This is a great place to shop for great tool deals.
