“Offer the most vegan and gluten free foods in the area. All produce is organic unless specified otherwise. I’ve seen bok choy, rainbow chard, heirloom tomatoes, and lots of beautiful seasonal fruits as well! I’m pescatarian, but only really buy vegan ingredients for cooking at home. The cilantro is a go-to for me (it’s not soapy at all) and the locally sourced lions main mushrooms are a family favorite! I’ve seen meat alternative brands like Meati and MyBacon, as well as allergen friendly deserts that I’ve NEVER heard of before that also happen to be the BEST I’ve found on the market (highly recommend the Wholly Gluten Free fudge brownies found in the freezer aisle). And if you’ve struggled to find the banana & apple Olipop flavors, or maybe even the new blue Poppi, Gibsons has your back. They are always getting new goodies to try and the staff is so personable, there’s never a dull moment!! Also PLENTY of plant-based supplements.
