They will not credit, refund, or replace any defective products. Lost $6,000 as a result. We will never ever buy from Irrigation-mart again.

I ordered a fairly expensive gps measuring wheel from this company. When I receive the item, it was clearly a demo or a used product. There was red dirt on the wheel itself, the battery door was chipped, and the screw to the battery door was clearly marked up from previously having batteries put in and taken out. I called and dealt with Amy. She was nice at first, clearly making it known that she was doing me a favor by not charging me a restocking fee. Amy and I wouldn’t even had crossed paths if I would not have received a used product, so when I got my refund, it was minus the shipping. When I called back to speak with Amy, she let me know. Did they were so gracious to pay for shipping to me and then back to them because I received a used item. Don’t you just love it when people make you feel like they’re doing you a favor. Never mind I purchased an item but received an item for full price. . Never mind I purchased an item to keep but received a used item for full price. Thanks for the favor, Amy! I guess with the name irrigation marked I should’ve known it would be a lousy experience. But wait… I should be thankful I didn’t have to pay a restocking fee on returning used merchandise. Not to mention, I really needed this product that’s why I ordered it in the first place. Thanks Amy!

My experience while in the store was horrible, kept going to other customers and had some new person working the computer who clearly hadn’t been trained. I had driven up from Baton Rouge to get some equipment. They loaded the wrong part for the piece of equipment I bought, when I got back to my farm I discovered that there was a wrong piece. I needed to use the equipment the next morning. I called and dealt with someone named Evan, Evan couldn’t make any decision and kept having to put me on hold, he then told me I could drive back up there, mind you it’s an 8 hour round trip. So I pleaded with him for a way we could meet in the middle or something so that I could get some crop in the ground and they could not do anything!!! Well they finally got it shipped but rain came and I lost my window to plant, I then asked for some simple, hey we messed up here is some money off the purchase or something, and they didn’t offer a thing!!! Finally said they might could take some money off the next purchase. That is simple not good business!!! I wouldn’t let a dog with rabies do business with them, it would simply be a disservice to the dog to have to deal with such inconsiderate people.

Nothing beats paying $14 for shipping/handling that is pallet wrap and three strips of tape. Surprise, the boxes that are essential to the function of the tomato twine are totally smashed.
