It offers an incredible, energizing lifting atmosphere and an all-round great vibe and environment for serious lifters. The hype music and friendly people create a great vibe. It is locally owned, with excellent hours compared to others. For those in the Ruston area, it comes highly recommended.

    Just in town for a few days from Texas. They charged my teen son and I a reasonable amount. Nice folks; good facility.
