Will never be bringing my dog back here. He was dropped off to be groomed at 10 AM. I called at 4:30 to check on him and they told me another hour and a half. I show up at 6:00 and they tell me it will be another 45 minutes. After NINE hours I finally decided I was taking him home, even though his service still was not finished. I asked one of the groomers if this was normal to take this long and she said yes, due to him having some mats in his fur. She also informed me once I asked that there is no where for them to be let out, so he did use the restroom on himself. Called and asked to speak to a manager and he told me that 9 hours is not a ridiculous amount of time and that they are "super busy and doing the best they can". I think it's absolutely ABSURD for a grooming to take 9 hours. Mats or not. That many appointments should NOT be booked if the dogs will not be worked on in the order they arrived. My dog was the last one there. Awful circumstances and even worse customer service. Only one young girl in the grooming department was apologetic. Will never be back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I and my adult German Shepherd, Charlie, thoroughly enjoy our visits here! Charlie, who was once hesitant to leave the car, now eagerly steps out thanks to the treats they generously provide. Choosing dog food became a breeze with Austin's excellent assistance in selecting a high-quality option. The added perks of price matching and hassle-free returns make this place a top choice for us! Happy dog!

My husband and I were on a road trip when we pulled off the interstate looking for a pet store. We found the best place! The store was dog friendly, and the staff was knowledgeable, very helpful, and so cordial! Cooper loved the treats and the attention.

Sommer did a fantastic job on grooming my dog Mishka. The staff were extremely helpful in explaining the protocol of the grooming experience for my pet. This experience was awesome for both myself and my dog. He looked gorgeous! In addition, the entire staff that was working were absolutely the sweetest. And all of them made it clear how much they love animals and their jobs. I would 100% recommend Petsense for your grooming needs!

Great staff. Many are young but seem very responsible and knowledgeable, and especially concerned for pets. Dog loves going there in particular and I am not even sure why specifically. ?

Very rude, cut my puppy very bad without notifying me, had to find the cut because it was bleeding.Would never advise anyone to go here for grooming. 0/10
