Regions Bank in Ruston LA on Trenton St has always taken care of my family and myself.
They’ve always helped us when needed and always advised up when we didn’t know what to do. I’m grateful for their time, their help and for always making sure I’m taken care of. The staff is incredibly nice and it always feels relaxing and welcoming whenever I go in. Thanks for always helping me and my family! I’ll always bank with Regions!💪🏽🩶🤙🏽

What a joke of a company they're bunch of crooks and they don't do any processing only 3 days a week and to get a deposit takes a week for them to process it and they don't work weekends and if you want a phone call a live agent their phone number is disconnected and then use archaic computer equipment and their security is a joke firewalls outdated

I'll be refusing services to anyone paying with a regions check from now on due to the ruston branch making it so difficult to cash, they even refuse to cash it to the issuer when I get the issuer to call them so I have to go back get the issuer to get the cash from a ATM 2 out of the 3 times I've been paid with a regions check

My account has been hacked twice within the past 2 years and Regions didn’t provide any credit back for these transactions. They don’t care about the safety of your money, they just care about your business with them.

Opened an account about a week ago online & set up direct deposit. Went to the bank on yesterday (Friday) was given my check card & wasn't told anything else to do. Today (Saturday) my money is on hold bc I was told I didn't sign a "signature card" but was never given one to sign. Now I can't touch MY MONEY until Monday this will be the same day I will be canceling this account. This error by Regions has terribly caused an issue for me.

Very professional, friendly, and they make you feeling like they really care about your financial needs. They make a conscious effort to take care of you. The branch manager is a really good person he came in and directed my youth choir in church for our first annual musical. An awesome guy!
