I have been a member of rocketfast for the last few years. Was paying the $20 monthly package. I was supposed to be “grandfathered” in when the new system started. I just checked my bank statement and it is now almost $26 month. I am very disappointed and will be dropping my membership.
EDIT TO ADD: This situation has been straightened out. Rocketfast went above and beyond to fix this problem. I will continue to remain a customer.
