Through the years I've not had great experiences with car dealers/sales associates.The small talk usually irritates me as I know they had no intentions of being a friend. Today I met 2 young men who were not only respectable, polite,and professional,in fact,when we were about to leave,I let the sales manager know this was the most pleasant experience I had ever had at a car dealership.

My sales lady Cameron was great! She found the vehicle I LOVED and was able to do the whole process very quick! Everyone was extremely nice and the car even came with a full tank! If you are looking for a vehicle Karl Malone Toyota of Ruston is definitely the place to go!

Our salesperson, Mackenzie, was wonderful. Went out of her way to help us even though she was on her way home. She came back and helped us and we came back the next day to try out the Jeep. All the sales reps were friendly and so helpful!! We will be back!

I love renting vehicles from Karl Malone Toyota. I have rented four times so far and have always had a good experience. Ms. Candace Hawk is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and she makes sure every rental is clean and ready to pick up. I've had bad experiences with other rental places in Ruston, and now I'm a loyal Karl Malone customer!!
