i would NOT recommend this place at all. the lady was very disrespectful and rude, i asked her if she was going to rip my lashes out and her response was “we’ll see”. in a very rude way. she also told me “i don’t know how to say this…you wasted my time”. she did end up ripping them ALL out, my eyes were very irritated. not only that but she poked the middle of my eyeball with her tweezers because she was being so rough. i woke up the next morning and my vision was so bad that i could barley see and i was rushed to the hospital. Not only the lashes but nails too i have got my nails done here a few times and they lasted me 3-5 days. This is an awful place not only is their customer service awful but also their work too. i would recommend happy nails or tina’s at least they treat their clients with respect.

I always go to royal nails the lady usually takes her time and does a good job the last two times I went in she's been careless and did a terrible job my eyebrows one was trimmed down the other one wasn't they were uneven and when I went to get my nails filled in she did a terrible job they were cut way too short and you could see where they were filled in and they're really thin and the shape of them are terribly uneven I could have done better myself . With all of that being said I will be looking for another place to go get my nails and eyebrows done.

I stopped here while traveling to TX. The older gentleman did my nails.....and they were horrible. I am trying to get them redone soon. He hit my nail bed with the drill over 5 times. And the top coat was soo thick it was on the side of my fingers.

I came in for a refill and there was only one other person in the shop the refill was only supposed to be $18 and they charged me $30 and wouldn't give me a reason. The refill it's self turned out horrible it looks like a two year old painted them very textured and messy. NOT TO MENTION there's actual hair stuck in the polish and tons by bubbles. None of the tools they used were clean everything had paint and nail shavings on it. Worst nail job I've ever had I will not return.

im not from here and this was the first place i went to. and my nails were lumpy, and crooked, and painted terribly. didnt clean around my nails and cut my fingers up. dont make the mistake of coming here.Service: Acrylic nails

0.0 stars. I would NOT recommend Royal nails to anyone! Their customer service is VERY POOR and HORRIBLE. I Had an appointment for 1:30 and did not sit in the chair until 3. When I Asked who was doing my pedicure because I was still waiting in the chair, the main lady that looks like DORA, she was rude and told me I had to keep waiting with an attitude. so I waited another 30 minutes sitting in the chair with water running on my feet. I got tired of waiting, so As I got up to leave, every worker that was doing pedicures THEN decided to try and come work on my feet. AFTER I got up and put on my shoes ... NEVER SHALL I RECOMMEND ROYAL NAILS ?? I would not give them 10 cents of my money.

Ms.Wendy and Ms. Asia are both amazing. Asia can always make my nails look like anything I show her. And Ms. Wendy is very thorough and doesn't miss anything. She is also hilarious. Not sure what Royal Nails the other reviewers went to but I have been going here for years now and I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. Great prices , work,and conversation♡

I would not come here again. The man who did my nails rushed and left a lot of residue on my nails. I asked him to fix it and he just applied alcohol (which didn't help) and didn't do anything to rectify the situation. I was not happy about it and now I'm going to pay more money to get my nails done another place. Do not waste your money.
