*Response to owner. My unit was under my full name. William E. Holmes. I did 3 instead of 4 stars because I had issues getting my access with the automatic kiosk system, which took getting in touch with someone to resolve. And since I was setup for autopay, my cancellation was another process that required getting a person involved. Signing up and paying was all online, but getting in and getting out involved trying to find a live person. Otherwise the facility was nice, well maintained and suited my needs.

The customer service was great, the facilities look and are very nice. The prices are very good compared to location and climate control of other units.
