“My 5 star rating is not for the unit itself but for the customer service received. This ice storm of Feb 2021 was a nightmare. My son is a student athlete and had to get home immediately and unexpectedly - traveling for almost a 20 hour drive so getting on the road quickly was crucial. We had to find storage immediately and everything was closed due to the weather. Westside Storage was the only business that answered the telephone! Angelica was so sweet and accommodating for us. Due to the emergency situation she allowed my son to get a unit and settle up later which we did. There aren't too many businesses in today's time that would do something like that on a trust system and for a young college student. So THANK YOU Westside Storage for being so accommodating. Your exceptional customer service is greatly appreciated!”
