I called this agency back in March and spoke to an agent named Jenny, she emailed me some listings, and never followed up with me. I called this agency again last month and asked for Jenny, and was transferred to her cell. I wanted to know about a specific listing that I previously called about back in March (which was now showing as Off the Market). She was supposed to call me back with info on that home, but never did! These real estate agents work with and go out of their way for only certain people. It doesn’t take much for someone to recognize when they are being avoided on purpose!! Another thing I’ve noticed is:Displaying houses that are in Pending status for over 3 months, and even longer is just another ploy for these real estate companies and sellers to control who lives in certain communities. I’m not surprised with it occurring in Ruston.
