If I could give zero stars I would! DIANNA JENKINS AND DEBBIE are the most rudest and unprofessional individuals ever! They talk to you as if your concerns aren't valid. Only came to get more information about a package process and I was completely mishandled. Tried to file a claim, Debbie would not give me the directions to file the claim. I thought that I'd have a better experience with the supervisor, Dianna, and it was 2x worse. And to say this is a federal agency I'm sure they're not in compliance with protocol. Rude rude rude & rude!!!!!

Melody is the worst driver they have ever hired. Melody is a temp driver who decided she was too good to deliver my son's medical equipment that keeps him alive. They let delivery drivers decide to hold packages because they don't want to deliver to certain locations, causing work issues and withholding medical equipment for a terminally ill child. I'll climb all the ladders necessary if I lose my job from not having my equipment and if my terminally ill son gets sick. Fire Melody and get someone with an appropriate vehicle to drive country roads!

I have called this office at-least 5 times today about trying to get another mail key and nobody has answered the phone. Negative one stars.

My graduation envelope someone sent me to congratulate me with BIG MONEY inside was delivered in someone else box, good thing they sent it to my front office and I received it, but best believe I’m calling corporate in the morning or someone to speak to because that is ridiculous!

Dated but functional. Parking lot has plenty of spots for cars but no adequate spots for vehicles with trailers.

Many of the staff at the US Post Office here at Ruston are very professional, polite, helpful, and caring.But one or two may sometimes not helpful which is common everywhere.

If I can give this place Zero starts I would. I went to the post office to pick up my package before they put it on the truck and Ms. Debbie at the counter says it will be too time consuming to look for it and I will have to wait until it’s delivered. I wanted to pick up my packages because Ruston post office will lose you packages it happened to me SEVERAL times or the package/ mail arrives a month later literally. I even called the supervisor to complain about the service but she as well just dismiss my complaint/concerns and say “if it’s misplaced or lost it will get re delivered which will take up to 2 more weeks to arrive to my location”. I guess since it’s not their important mail/packages it doesn’t matter.

Postmaster and management are so rude it’s ridiculous. I believe one of the names was Jordanshe doesn’t seem to have any training whatsoever. I had a terrible episode with her several weeks ago but haven’t had the time to post until today

I have used this mail service roughly 3 times weekly for about 2 years. I mail between 1-30 packages per visit. My SO's business depends on mail service, so I feel I am significantly qualified to review it.Average quality of work, the only problems are with USPS and not the location. Hours of operation are tight and difficult to learn, and impossible to contact directly the location via telephone.As true of all USPS locations, the actual mailing is awesome; the problems only come from dealing with administration or any weird problems.

I think they're doing the best they can, possibly not the best support on the back end. Those of you who are behind the counter and are kind and gracious even when it's 'one of these days', it means a lot.

This is about the delivery of my mail. I don't know when we started to receive mail at 6 o'clock in the evening. Sometimes we are expecting packages and they are not delivered. They will say "attempted delivery" and no one has been there. Sick and tired of this!
