“Dr. Sewell. Must I say, amazing amazing job taking care of my Hammie boy. He was my emotional support hamster that I brought in around October and she (and the team) was able to help him and I (a college student) the help he needed. I later brought him in December and found out that he’d had been soon to develop possible Kidney Lymphoma due to his enlargement of his kidney. I was terrified bringing him in the first time as I had been turned down before to other vets due to his tiny size and they thought nothing of it. They treated him like any other pet and cared for him well. It’s unfortunate to say I did loose Hammie recently, which I’m still deeply grieving as he was not showing signs of pain or discomfort at all. Thankfully I had gone home for the snow storm and gotten to burry him at home. Here at RAC we were treated with first name basis, both of us, and they helped me learn more about caring for Hammie in the process. I am not very medically advanced and they always were able to break things down for me in an understandable way. I am soon to have family move to Ruston and we will absolutely be bringing our kitten and older dog here. I love the packets explaining everything to you that they print and give you, as it helped me with seeing symptoms to come in the future. It is reasonably priced- at least for my animal because after all he was an extremely tiny little animal with the needs of care just like a bigger animal.
