It took forever to get my scrips. Picked up what I was told my Plavix on Friday. Opened it this morning to find the insert says plavix, but the meds are my blood pressure meds???? Rediculous

Never got any updates on my prescription but when I went up there they said they don’t have it in stock that they would have to order it. Why not call and let me know so I don’t waste my time? What happened to the text updates when did they stop doing that? Service sucks will never be getting my stuff filled here again.

Seems drug prescriptions is a sideline for Walgreens. NEVER enough staff to help customers. The company has abandoned the customer is pursuit of profits. Waiting times are horrible outside or inside and even worse by phone. Medicines needed are often not in stock so you have to wait days. Been going to same location for over 10 years and they still don't know who I am. Walgreens put competing drugstores out of business and then offer terrible customer service. It's time for the federal government to investigate Walgreens' practices.

Store: 1401 N Trenton St, Ruston, La. 71270
Pharmacist Mary is an asset to Walgreen's. Walgreen's needs to put her on the training frontlines -- to travel to all store pharmacies and provide training. This store is nearly 3 hours from me but when my local pharmacy is out of the medicine I need, Mary is always helpful with obtaining and filling the RX. Top notch customer service. Mary needs to be recognized for above and beyond efforts.

Drive through service absolutely sucks. Slowest service I've ever experienced. I wish so bad I would have timed how long I was in line. I looked at my clock after I had been in line at least 10 minutes and never saw the drive through window open to serve customer and it said 3:45.I pulled out at 4:16 so I'm estimating about 45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. This was at the Super one location.
