Tire rotation/alignment …they got me in very quickly. My wait time was appropriate for the service scheduled. Price was reasonable. Guys working there were very helpful. A+ . Thanks Doug! Your prompt attention and courteous service is appreciated.

My daughter blew out two of her tires while away at college. I talked Nick and he took down the location of the vehicle and had everything fixed in no time on the side of the road! I would recommend company to anyone. People that truly care. Thanks again!

My son is a Tech student, he went to Walpole to have a new spare mounted he ordered online. He dropped it off and returned shortly after for pick up. My son used a debit card I manage and I was alerted he was declined, didn’t have enough money, it was around $38. I was alerted about the declined transaction and immediately funded the card, sent him a text to rerun the card. By the time that was communicated , he was already told by the Walpole rep, “are you a student? Son replied ‘yes’, the rep then says ‘no charge’ “. There is a reason Walpole is highly recommended and highly regarded in Ruston.

My friends and I blew a tire on a long road trip! Neil and the group at Walpole gave us amazing service and we got back on the road within an hour or so!! Highly reccomend!

I came in emergently after getting a load put on my trailer. Tires were cracked. They got me in quickly and got me back on the road wirh what I feel was an incredibly short amount of time at a very reasonable price. Excellant company to work with!

Seems foolish to not even have a 5 minute buffer. I was scheduled for a service at 9:15, got there at 9:20 and they told me the mechanic already went to something else.

I am not from here, on my way home from a funeral and just generally not doing okay I got a bolt in my tire. Panicking I got to this tire shop at close and I was still reassured and taken care of. I’m beyond grateful, and it isn’t an experience I will forget. Thanks for taking care of me yall, this would have been a lot worse if not for your help and reassurance.

10 hours from home, 4 long days of my truck in the shop out there, and Walpole pulled every string they had to get us back on the road and home to Florida! Great place. Very professional. Highly recommend!

Matt helped us. The service was fantastic from start to finish. He gave an honest diagnosis, didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and even finished the job 2 days earlier than he thought they would. Most shops leave you feeling like you want a second opinion. Not here. I got fair and honest service which is all anyone wants. We all know costs are unreasonable but when you're treated with this kind of respect and honesty it makes it a little easier to spend so much. Good job! I really appreciate the good work!

Customer service rep Brian Davis explained the problem, provided options & offered a solution. He did not attempt to sell me something I did not need. He was kind, respectful & patient. The products are pricey, but, they last & are of good quality. The staff acknowledges customers & offers to assist you in a timely manner.
