The most reliable and honest staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I came across this shop years ago by chance and have praised them and the work they do ever since. Anyone that needs work. I tell them check these guys out. They truly are the best shop I’ve ever seen. Give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed!!

I have used Auto Doc in the past and was satisfied, however this Tim I was very unsatisfied. I talk with Justin and told him what I had but it was on a Friday and he told me to call back on Monday to make an appointment. The following Monday I call and spoke a lady and made an appointment. When I dropped off my Tahoe I told the Lady I had an anti brake light on and my A/C wasn’t blowing out the front vents. To make a long story short they kept my truck for about 5 days and did nothing to address my problem. They did call me once and told me that I had a miss showing up on the computer and found my plug wires were bad, so I authorized them to change them. When I told to pick it up I was charged $1400 for a tune up, flushed out my fuel system and an oxygen sensor. Then they said my engine was smoking and was in need to be replaced soon. Justin said he could change my oil and add two oil additives which may help. I went an authorized that, another $140. Ever since I got it back it ran worse then it did since I had it, which was only about 2 weeks. I drove this truck from San Francisco to here in Louisiana and it ran flawlessly except for the anti brake light coming on. I would not recommend them to anyone after the way I was treated.
