Speaking on Cooper's, specifically, they have never provided anything less than this personable customer care and service; they have helped me when in a bind on more than one occasion, and regardless if their help removed 1 more stressor in my life for only a day or for an entire week, I am SO grateful to see that compassion still exists in retail pharmacy.
The only disadvantage, from a customer POV, would be their current operating days/hours, however, this is a whole family-owned and operated establishment and I'm pretty sure they need lives outside of work like everyone else. ;)”

“I cannot say enough good things about Dupre pharmacy! I had been going to places like CVS and Walgreens before and there is no question that Dupre surpasses all other pharmacies! Their customer service is exceptional & they do the absolute most to reduce prescription prices! Dupre also fills prescriptions so quickly! My prescriptions are always ready same day or the next, even when having to contact my doctor!”

“Thank you Amber! I didn’t expect to walk into Capitol Wellness and leave feeling like I actually understood everything… but that’s exactly what Amber made sure of. My friend and I left both feeling like experts lol.
She took her time with us and didn’t rush us at all, which mattered because my friend is new. Instead of just pointing things out, she walked us through the entire selection in a way that actually made sense. Like what everything does, how it feels, what it’s good for… she broke it ALL down.
My friend was the one looking for something for sleep but said she didn’t like how the “Dream” gummies made her feel. Amber listened and recommended something completely different with a better profile for the experience she wanted. That stood out SO much.
And for me? Amber introduced me to the King Cake gummies (so good), then I came BACK to get two more and she helped me again with the same energy.
She also introduced us to other products like the Baby J’s, and now that’s next on my list to try!
What makes Amber different is how knowledgeable she is. You can tell she really understands the products and how to match people with what they need. Not just “here, try this” but actually explaining WHY. Because of her, I now have a whole mental list of what I want to try next and what works for what.
That kind of service builds trust for real. Amber is not just good at her job, she makes people want to come back. Like I will be coming back to the Prairieville location just for her customer service!

“I stopped going to this CVS because of a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE THAT WAS VERY EVIL IN HER WAYS. SHE LIED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND I LET HER SUPERVISOR KNOW THIS. SHE DOES NOT NEED TO BE AROUND ANY CUSTOMERS. SO MANY PEOPLE COMPLAINED ABOUT HER. WHEN I REALIZED THAT SHE WAS NOT IN THE STORE I NEEDED SOMETHING FROM THE PHARMACY. AFTER REALIZING SHE WASN'T THERE THE NEW ASSOCIATE WAS VERY HELPFUL BY LETTING ME KNOW HOW THE 40% OFF SALE WORKED. SHE WAS PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.”
“Most of my household gets medicine or prescriptions from there and we never have a problem besides going through hoops when calling it's always no problem in person. Auto refill is easy and the options to get texted or called when prescription is done is great.”
