It is refreshing to see an organization promote their competitors as part of their customer service training. And as stated by the lovely workers at our local USPS; when possible use anyone but them.

The people that work here couldn't care less about your packages or mail. They're not held accountable and you're lucky if anything goes to the correct address. A prime, shining example only for why the post office should be abolished.

Experience with this post office has been pretty mixed, although maybe more on the positive side. Wish I could give a 3.5.
