Treats employees horribly. During hurricane Ida the manager, Daniel, told a dispatcher to basically suck it up to travel from evacuation in Texas, to her and her families home where there was no power and no where safe to sleep with our child and two pets. Refused to allow her to work remotely even though the company’s HR approved it given the circumstances. Ignored messages also.

dispatcher plays favorites. she gives her people lots of miles. she gave me good miles the first 8 months. the next year I only got about 20k more miles for the whole year. complained numerous times, but she had been there 17 years and no one had the guts to call her out. nice people overall. great safety department!

I have worked for Linden since July 2013. I think most of us have come to the same conclusion, it is a great place to work. Linden takes care of its employees and especially its drivers. They go out of their way to make sure a driver is taken care of it they need help paying for something. Great place to work. Great atmosphere.
