Clean, attractive complex, regular preventative pest control (and no indoor critters), prompt response to any maintenance tickets and friendly staff. Quiet, safe and near a great park. Definitely recommend, a bit outside Lafayette in Broussard is a plus with less traffic but still plenty of restaurants, etc nearby.”
