“I was previously with progressive. Rates through the roof for a year and only increasing. Called here and spoke to Ronnie’s son Trey. Made the switch IMMEDIATELY. Called progressive to cancel, a recording answers (saying affordable insurance) advising that the best way to reach them is through text ? WHY???! Called Allstate another day.. This time Ronald himself answered. I’m sooooo relieved that I made the switch AND AT A MUCH BETTER RATE FOR MORE COVERAGE!!! Gotta love doing business with people who treat you like family and not a policy number!”
