“I had some holiday packages to mail and kept putting it off because I knew how long the lines would be. Someone mentioned how the Broussard branch was always empty and it is close to my house so I decided to go here. Not only was it fairly empty (two people ahead of me and the line moved swiftly) the employee was so sweet and personable. This was around noon on a Tuesday before Christmas so I expected a zoo with grumpy zoo keepers. I was very pleasantly surprised and will definitely be doing all of my post office business here from now on. It's right off of Hwy 90, but taking the back way via Morgan Avenue will save you the traffic headache if Hwy 90 is busy.”
