Horrible phone service. I called with my tracking number and they had automated calls. I wanted to speak with a representative. I have a package that was marked as delivered and it never arrived. This is the second time this has happened with FedEx. Horrible customer service and quality. I will never use them as my personal shipping carrier. Never!

Every package i’ve had that has been delivered to St. Rose has never made it to my house. They claim they’ve lost my package every single time!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! I’ve had packages that i’ve paid 3 day shipping for, and still no package after a month. What is going on?!

Iam missing three package that was never delivered by the FedEx driver,talk to FedEx personal about the package that was missing and they informed me the the package was delivered,so I show them my security camera video that the drive never made the the delivery them assured me that the package was delivered,so a call the the sheriff department to file a report of a package that was not delivered and the next day my mystery was delivered...but this doesn't count for the other three package that was as not delivered...the drivers has robbed me out about 300$s and count

Worsts shipping service ever never ever again will I used fedex every time I order something it gets stuck and lost on the way. Always the same sad story wait wait wait. Customer service is horrible

The Fedex driver from your facility updated my delivery by saying they left my package on the sidewalk in front of my home instead of by my back gate like my fedex account instructs, as well as a very clearly visible sign on my front door. I have been told twice that I would get a call back about this issue shortly and it's been almost five days. I needed this urgent package and now I'm not receiving any communication back, making me feel like the driver is stealing packages or blatantly ignoring obvious delivery instructions, leading to what has probably been dozens of similar thefts.

They are thieves!!! One of their workers stole my package and they did nothing about it at all! This is not the first time.

I've been waiting for my package for over a month. Whenever I call to see where it is, i get the run around with customer service. They know absolutely nothing- which isn't their fault, but the people over the company. How do you all not have the number to a fedex facility warehouse?! When they finally sent my package for delivery, it was delayed because of a "weather delay"... it's been sunny all day. What the heck is going on!? I can't even go up there to pick up my package because they aren't letting anyone into the building.
