Fed ex sucks. Leave my packages in random places and other people’s houses and mailbox. Then lie about it and say it was placed at my front door. Never using Fed Ex again!!!

Hard to get straight answers from automated system. Guy behind counter was better help. Still didn't receive my package though. Sat in Texas for 2 days.

This is the FREIGHT place, not the Ground delivery across the street. These drivers drive the rigs, not the package trucks that deliver your packages to your door. Most people don't realize how big an operation Fed Ex is. We take every precaution to protect your packages and do our job, which is to deliver every package we get. But sometimes breakdowns in the system happen, its inevitable with a global operation this large. That being said, we deal with on a daily basis: customers/shippers who misaddress packages, line sorters who treat packages like they have arms made of noodles, shipers who send out 50lb boxes in single walled boxes that aren't designed to hold that weight taped together with what feels like scotch tape... You want to put a 60lb engine head in a thin cardboard box with cheap air filled plastic bags, and then wonder why it gets to its location dented and half coming out of said box... its physics.

How do you lose a 9ft x 12ft area rug? Drivers need to handle the packages better also and not throw a Hail Mary with a box of glass lamps...Fed ex is the absolute worse shipping company.

My delivery has been delayed several days now for no discernible reason. The tracking said there was a "bad address" but that seems to be code for "we're too lazy to do our job today."

Was waiting on this package that was delayed for 2 days and was told when it was attempted to be delivered someone needed to sign for it and i wasn't home. 2 hrs. later my door bell rings and a lady from the next street said my package was left on her door step, So who signed for it FedEx? I glad this woman was honest. I hate this company

Fed EX freight and customer service is terrible. No numbers that an actual informed person will answer. No help at all from the 1-800 line, they cannot even give a locations phone number, Useless !!!!

FedEx delivered my gaming monitor to the wrong address and it was sitting in front of an abandoned house, left in the rain for days. FedEx also lied numerous times about "recipient refusing package" when no one arrived to my house. To make things worse, FedEx customer sevice was incompetent and useless in resolving the repeated issues. I was told horror stories from friends and neighbors but I didn't listen. I will NEVER use FedEx again in my life and I will warn everyone I know about their abysmal service. They are officially become the worst postal service in America.

The Fedex driver from your facility updated my delivery by saying they left my package on the sidewalk in front of my home instead of by my back gate like my fedex account instructs, as well as a very clearly visible sign on my front door. I have been told twice that I would get a call back about this issue shortly and it's been almost five days. I needed this urgent package and now I'm not receiving any communication back, making me feel like the driver is stealing packages or blatantly ignoring obvious delivery instructions, leading to what has probably been dozens of similar thefts.

They are thieves!!! One of their workers stole my package and they did nothing about it at all! This is not the first time.

Every package I recieve from here is delayed by at least a day for no reason. Why even bother loading it on the truck and notifying me if you're just going to recall it two hours after delivery starts?

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My luggage has been lost it was delivered to FedEx 6 weeks before today in Dallas transitioning to New Orleans. I have contacted your company many times getting the run around and you have the audacity to ask that I complete a survey. You guys are the worst now I have to file a claim with your company for my $5400 Rimowa bag purchased less than a year ago from Saks Fifth and all of its contents. You think I want to fight with fed ex over my hard earned items?
