Took off to wait for a package that was supposed to be delivered on 12/10 and now it's been delayed! Worst experience ever! On top of that, there is no one you can contact!

I gave driver specific instructions to call me when in front my door and he didn’t do it and messed up my venue cuz I didn’t have what I needed for my job!!!! Lost job!!!
