I gave driver specific instructions to call me when in front my door and he didn’t do it and messed up my venue cuz I didn’t have what I needed for my job!!!! Lost job!!!

So basically y’all stealing packages at this point ! I haven’t received my package in 2 weeks and one lady lied and said we don’t delivery in your area and then another lady said it’s on the truck ! I work at usps and at least we bring people package / mail on time . Y’all gotta get it together for real !

Without a doubt, THE WORST hub in the entire FedEx corporation! Mis-delivered packages, delays, terrible drivers, poor attitudes, and the list goes on. There’s no accountability, you can file a complaint all you want, they don’t dare, won’t give you answers, and certainly will never make any improvements.

I had a fexex driver. Truck number 406418 almost hit me head on in my neighborhood. Then he proceed to get out of his truck and yell at me. Then took pictures of my house and threatened myself and family. Which I have on camera and have turned over to fedex. Nothing has happened. Not updated or nothing. Now the same driver. Who hasn’t been taken off his route will not delivere packages to my house and leaves false derogatory statements on my packages. Again. Nothing done by fedex after multiple calls. Have complaint number and everything. Nothing done. It’s embarrassing to have a company that is run by thugs

Two packages were sent in one order. One went to chaicago then miss. And was delivered on July 19, 4 hours after delivery time. Second package in same order went from chaicago to a memphis Tennessee. location and is two days late. Second order is still in chaicago on Sunday the 20th.

The people this location are very kind and do everything they can to help you. They get 5 stars. Fed Ex the company gets 0 stars. They must have an outdated system of where to deliver packages. I live in a new subdivision and their computer reverts the package to our old address miles away. This happens to a few people in my neighborhood. I avoid using companies that use Fed Ex for this reason, but if your package is lost, the employees at this location do what they can to help you.

My scheduled delivery day was July 9th. Rescheduled for July 10th. Saw the FedEx driver on July 11th and asked where my package was. Told me to go to the St Rose office.Talked to an employee who located my package and said it would be delivered on Saturday July 12th. Well, no package. A new notification was sent indicating it would be delivered on Sunday July 13th. No package again.Looking at other reviews, it seems this location needs to bring in new management and start up a new procedure on how to operate like UPS.

The driver in the west houma delivery area is HORRIBLE. She doesn't like to deliver your packages if you live up any stairs. She will mark down that you weren't home, not leave a note on the door, and will drive right past your door without even stopping.
I stayed home from 8am til well after 9pm for 3 DAYS IN A ROW waiting for important deliveries. I did not receive any of my stuff until I called the 800 number for all 3 days in a row to complain & escalate the complaints.
My neighbors also have had the same issue with this same driver not delivering their stuff too.
DEMETRA, YOU ARE THE REASON I WILL NO LONGER USE FEDEX.
