The only problem with this place is you will get coal and coke dust on you.

I use to pick up crew members off these tug boats or bring them to boats. Nice area along the Mississippi river with nice scenery. Not for everyone, it's a port dock for boats requiring clearance. Commercial shipping *

Port is ok. Taxi service is on a call. City mall is good for shopping.
