“First of all, I appreciated the promptness in the response from Pack Rat. My pod was delivered very quickly, and was also picked up very quickly after it was filled. I felt very confident that it was in good hands while it was in storage. When it came time to be returned, I was extremely surprised at how wonderful the service was. First of all they scheduled my drop off very quickly, and on the morning of my delivery, I could not believe what a wonderful driver (Reggie) they sent. I could not believe how precisely he was able to park the container in my driveway. It was like he was parking a compact car!! When he picked it up today, it was the same situation…he was gone in about 10 minutes.. He was very professional and friendly.
