“Its sad to see some of the 1 star ratings. The women that work at this location work their behinds off and they're pretty cool! They go out of their way to assist in any way they can. Unfortunately, due to their location they have the most impatient and entitled demographic ever. I've see customers be so incredibly rude to these women for little to nothing. You're doing amazing postmasters.”

“This post office is closed on Saturdays, there is a drop off box just a normal mailbox that is outside of the building . Pick up time on the outside mailbox are, 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. On Saturday.”
“So much better than the Boutte post office. They don't even take off for lunch here when Boutte closes their doors for an hour. There is also a rude old woman in Boutte. The workers at the Luling post office are kind and very helpful. I will NEVER go to Boutte again as long as the Luling post office stays open.”

“This is a great post office. With great staff. Renetta always make our day and make sure all my needs service are done. She is very friendly and always keeps a smile on her face. I'm sorry that they get bad reviews because of the processing center in St. Rose. I wish that they can separate them two offices, so that our St. Rose small friendly neighborhood post office won't keep getting bad reviews. Great post office.”
