It was a great experience. Maria was very detailed with explaining everything and she was very courteous and patient with me. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Also the facility is well kept so no worries about rodents or other visitors.

There are a lot of storage places to choose from. While reading reviews I noticed Maria at St Rose got a lot of positive reviews. I went there, met her, and got a unit from her. She did not disappoint. Very professional and knowledgeable. She is a real asset to the company.

Ms. Maria in the St. Rose Location is one of the most caring and compassionate Lady I have met. With all that was going on she was so understanding and very honest with me and tried to solve all my concerns. And the fact that she listened and did everything in her power correct the issues has me willing to recommend this location to my friends.She is definitely a a rare commodity

Took the time to fill out all the unnecessary paper work online. Paid by credit card and two days later when I went to check in I had to do it all over again. So do yourself a favor and don't do anything online. Just show up and expect to spend about 25 minutes fooling with paperwork. The access code you get online isn't right either. As far as the unit goes It's pitch dark you can't see anything inside. I'm on the second floor. It was kind of dirty in the hallway. I haven't put anything in it yet because I'm not sure this is going to work out for me. I don't like the ramp to load and unload on the second floor. The young lady at the desk was as nice as she could be. It's not her fault this place isn't really set up right. I might try to get on the first floor and perhaps that will solve my issues. I'll update this review if that happens.Update: Storage Post has transferred me to a first floor unit which fixes the issue I had with the ramp. Once again Maria at the front desk was very helpful. They were very fast to respond to this.
