I'd give 0 stars if I could. As an online seller of various collectibles, I ship things out from Slidell all the time. If it ever goes through the Saint Rose facility, I message my customers explaining to expect delays and possibly missing packages entirely. This is the ONLY location I ever have problems with, especially on about 99% of the packages that go through here. It honestly needs to be shut down or completely overhauled, it's that bad.

How are yall not able to deliver a package to an address 12 minutes away for over 12 hours, wait over the weekend, miss it monday and just barely get it delivered Tuesday?

My package has gone two times to St. Rose distribution center, twice to New Orleans distribution center, back to St. Rose distribution center and now going to another facility when I live in St. Rose.

This is a horrible post office. Packages sit st this post office for weeks not getting delivered. The USPS says they are seriously understaffed but I think there’s also theft going on at a lot of post offices.

The reviews here are due to the processing facility that is located in Saint Rose, not this Post Office, we are getting all these bad reviews as a result of the distribution location, Everything that comes to us gets delivered the day we get it, we can't deliver what we don't receive from distribution.
