We feel so lucky to have found them! Mark and Brian were excellent, kind, honest and knowledgeable! They fixed our RV diesel generator and got us back on our road trip! Brian is a master generator specialist!! We can't say Thank You enough! We would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat! Excellent!!!

it would be nice if they had parts stock on hand.i've placed dozens of parts orders but 9 out of 10 times parts had to be ordered. i'm not talking odd ball parts. from fan belts to crank seals to oil pressure sensors they are really good at ordering it but not good at having it.

they could honor their product. I have Isuzu with a M&L generator head that has been more trouble than it's worth. So very disappointing.. It has not been a dependable unit. 2 years old and been worked on at least 10 times. wires shaking of, breaking, melting.. ridiculous.. disappointing and extremely maddening. Oh yeah the staff is nice, but nice doesn't get a $7000+ generator usable. No i would NOT recomment this product to anyone, in fact I strong tell friends and family
