“The two guys working there this afternoon are great. Robert and Matteo really got me out of a bind today. A connector between two coolant hoses popped in my car. I checked the GPS and the closest auto parts store was this O'Reilly, so I drove there as the coolant leaked out. These guys helped me figure out what parts off the shelf I could use to fix the problem, found them for me in the store, and even popped out a few times to check on me and lend a hand. Definitely knowledgeable and helpful.”

“The girls at this location were SUPER patient with me..bring I showed up damn near right b4 closing time & started with the 20 ?'s ..on 1st, I sensed sum aggravation towards me, but after considering the facts & putting myself n their shoes, I soon changed up the vibes by refraining from being a pain. & so after that, I did NOT feel rushed out the doors..the employees became more relaxed... I received all & any help/items I requested, resulting in a pleasant & satisfying experience. Shout out to the young lady whom recently discovered there's a bun n the oven yet still willing to patiently help a difficult late nite shopper such as myself.. with a smile on her face ☺️ & her coworker on that evening at the Scott location ✔️✔️✔️??”
