I signed up for a rental tank of 59.00 a year, beause I only refuel every 3 years, they are now PUNISHING me and raised my 59.00 rental a year to a whopping 121.00 a year. My 84 year old sister is now in a Nursing home and I have to pay her ins, electricity, water, take over her car with my ins, water, etc. with a 1300.00 a month disability check. I am barely making it to survive (food, doctor, etc) and Ferrell is punishing me and raising my tank rental I only have a small floor heater and I try to conserve my living means....when you are poor they make you pay more...I HATE FERRELL GAS WITH A PASSION BE WARNED !!!! gris gris FB

Technician was very rude and used profanity. Was told that my stove could be converted but all the technician did was curse and fuss that things couldn't be done. And said that he refused to do anything and left. Seems they need to get everybody on the same page there. You get told 3 different stories of what they can and can't do there.
