Extremely small outlet compared to other cities. The old stuff in the bins are not taken out and replaced with new items. There is junk on top of junk. The employees allow certain people they know to go in the back room to look and take items before everyone else. They keep the good stuff for when their friends come so they can give it to them instead of just putting everything out at once like they are suppose to. They have no rules. People go crazy over clothes and shoes. They also do not let you buy pallets of items to look through like other Goodwills I’ve been to. This place is not as good as it use to be. People walk in and walk out because they put nothing good out. Keep allowing employees to show favoritism and allowing certain people privileges there will be no more customers. This outlet is the worst and smallest I’ve ever been too.

Just left the goodwill by the pound location. It's located behind the main Goodwill store. The cashier was sitting down we asked her when will they bring out more products and she said in a little bit but she just went back to sit down. Not sure how they rotate items here but she just seemed a little lazy. Also they had a basket full of shoes behind the register that they were holding for someone. The bins were not full either. We were ready to spend money
