The only reason they got a one rating is because you have to. I'm so disappointed in this location everytime I go there. It's very gloomy it's just heart break and such a horror experience. At least 75% of the visits we make there are as if we were going to get teeth pulled even the kids and my husband are like why can't we wait til tomorrow and go to the other banks. The last week during lent. I had my sister and Father pass to Scott location on way back from Doctor to Deposit in Business account which was wrote to my husband he has to put apri be to deposit into account name and sign it under it . So we I wrote it as usual and he signed it. Teller tells her she can t deposit because he didn't sign back. I told her to look on back it was signed I said tell her to call me. She was already on way home. So I asked her to stop in Crowley to deposit she said they are nice like the ones in church point! Amen now that is so disappointing lady with dark hair and glasses I in Scott is not happy with her job I guess in Scott!
