I was so annoyed by the inconvenience of being rear ended!! However, John Wayne staff made the evaluation and repair absolutely seamless. I received my vehicle in less time than originally estimated. My vehicle was not only repair but detail both inside and out.
The staff is incredibly friendly. They were thorough with informing me of every step needed. I was so thankful for the ease of the entire process!!! 100000% recommend!

John Wayne's has just earned any and ALL of my paint & body needs. Forrest is super knowledgeable, super friendly, professional, and above all, HONEST. Steeva is also SUPER helpful! My wife's vehicle looked brand new again after a small accident that left it looking very gnarly. It took them one week longer than anticipated, but that was largely due to the fact that the vehicle had to be sent to the dealership late in the process to get some front end sensors replaced. Steeva communicated with us throughout the 3 weeks with status updates and clear eta's related to the delay (which was outside of their control anyway.) Had it even taken a 4th week for repairs to be completed, I would have been just as satisfied, because their work was done so well. If I could give them 6 stars, I'd want to give them 7. Like I said, they've just earned ALL my paint and body work needs! Definitely recommend!!

These people are amazing. They are very friendly and easy to deal with. It took almost 3 weeks (of which they did explain the process a head of time, so it wasn’t unexpected), and came out looking nothing ever happened. My wife had used them in the past and we were extremely happy. I will definitely recommend them!
