Solid place, the work is very good, any little problems I seen they took it right back to work on it and get it right. Took their time to explain and give me a full run through of everything that was done or needed to be done. Overall good place, good people.

I change my entire a/c system myself, but the new condenser wouldn't cooperate. Kept leaking, so I go to service auto air and they charged me over $300 dollars to put an o-ring and charge system. Fine, whatever. I go back today, to have them put on my mode actuator motor and cam, which I have already. Set it and put to small screws. 10 min. Job. They told me $300+ dollars. No indeed! Charged me $54 dollars for looking at it. Never doing business there again. I suggest Noone does...

Brought our truck in yesterday. We had already checked the system and knew the problem. Told Ronnie what was wrong and they called an hour later to say our ac wasnt working because it was low on freon. This wasnt the case as we had already checked that. We had not only told them exactly what was wrong we had even brought in the part to have it fixed. Absolute waste of money!

Broke something on my car and refused to get it towed to them to have them look at it. When we asked for them to have it towed, the exact comment was, "well, that's not gonna happen"The only thing wrong with my car when we brought it was that the AC wasn't working. And now the oil is leaking, the car is overheating and not going farther than half a mile, and other fluids are leaking.Thanks to Trent, we will be suing.I did not take a picture of all of the warning lights but the car refused to go and said to turn the AC off, the oil needed to be changed, and the car needed to be turned off immediately.

Absolutely terrible $1500 into an air conditioning repair and still no cold air is being blown. Guy at the counter seemed dumbfounded that the car wasn't actually blowing cold air? Interesting, I would think you might perform a practical test of the air conditioner before you call the customer saying it's ready. Please save yourself and never come here they are atrocious and should not be trusted.
