“I'm new to cigars and have been try to figure out what i like and some of the ins & out of it. I went to Bailey's for the first time a few days ago. When I walked in, Gary was behind the desk. He greeted me and, after I explained what i was trying to do, showed me around the humidor and helped me pick out a nice selection of cigars. He answered all of my question and give me a few tips. I felt like he was trying to push his opinions on me or steer me towards something I did want!
Bailey's is a very nice, quiet and layed back place. You couldn't ask for a more welcoming and inviting atmosphere. I went back for the for CBD Saturday (Coffee, Boudin & Crackling!?) and it was more of the same with a few other friendly patrons there as well. I will, without a doubt, be visiting them as often as I can!!

“Great place to find a quality cigar, walk in humidor that is fairly large which can be a bit overwhelming to a new cigar smoker. However the staff will do their best to help you find something you will enjoy. Catch the right guy and you will leave with enough information to make your next cigar purchase more relaxing. They have a small lounge where you can kick back, relax, have a conversation with like minded people if that’s your thing. Also have pipe tobacco, cutters, humidors etc. really an awesome place I recommend you check it out.”

“I'm in town from Seattle visiting my family (I'm from Lafayette), and this was the closest shop to my mom's house that came up when I googled who sells kratom and cbd. I wasn't sure I'd be able to find the specific kratom extract I use, so I was incredibly happy to see they had it. Them having cbd vapes was a huge bonus, I'm used to being in a legal state and wasn't sure if I'd be able to even find cbd here. The man who helped me was friendly and helped me to get everything I was looking for. I was low on funds today, but I'll definitely be back to stock up on more kratom to last the rest of my visit! I will definitely come back to this shop when I'm in town in the future as well.”

“I didn't actually go here. I called and asked about a particular kind of juice and even though they didn't have the correct milligram of nicotine she offered to make it by mixing 0mg juice with the correct amount to create a 6mg. I declined, but that is called good customer service. ??”
“You ever have them days where you're down on your luck. Have so much on your mind you can't focus on anything. Counted up my change and stacked it up. On the way out the door I just grabbed 1 dollar and put it in a container not even thinking. Wouldn't have been much of a big deal but I walked 4 miles with a chipped bone in my hip and bad knees. Want to talk about embarrassing. I walked out with my head down to say the least. As soon as I started to think how the hell did this happen the cashier came out and asked me to come inside and she paid for my cigarettes. I walked out of the house wishing one person in the world cared for me and then she did this. I just needed one good thing to happen to me and she showed me this act of kindness. People don't understand how deep their actions affect others. We might forget them a few minutes after we leave but what you did could go on and on . some acts of kindness are we needed to keep going. I didn't get your name but I owe you 1 and thank you from the bottom of my heart. I broke down when I walked out that door because I needed that more than you know. As you can see in the picture the change is still sitting there I'll be bringing it by tomorrow. I can't thank you enough for what you just did ?”
“Owners/Employees need to be more fluent in speaking English. Business establishment appeared to be clean & within protocol of COVID-19 Virus procedures for safety & disinfectant. Prices are within reason compared to other businesses offering the same products to the general public. Store was semi-crowded at the time of my shopping experience. Offers an extreme wide variety of products to the general public. I'd recommend this business establishment to family, friends, & the general public of Lafayette.”

It's their stores policy for all alcohol and tobacco sales and some people just don't understand why they can't get away with not obeying the stores policy like they are the exception to it .
