Bought a huge bag of store brand, 4 HEALTH dog kibble at the Scott store about two weeks ago. I tossed the bag after putting food in my container. My dog is an 80 pound Standard Doodle. She took the first bite of this food and actually spit it out. Since that day I have tried to feed her this food daily. She will not touch it. I just spoke with the store manager, offered to return remaining food, and without the bag….no refund or adjustment will be made! I am not a happy or demanding costumer but won’t give TS any more of my money.

I was first in line for them to open pet vet. After waiting in line they told me we now have to go online to make an appointment. That put me at the back of many people! They should have let us know you must register! I got here at 3:30 to be first. No customer service! We had only 3 of us early. They should have worked us in!

Really doesn't go against Tractor Supply but for the Winchester Safes they sell. I bought one and after a year of having it I can not get into it. The electronic lock works when it wants too. So I have tried to get it replaced and CAN'T. Tractor supply can not take it back because it's been over a year and Winchester's Customer Service is a joke. So I am stuck with a heavy metal cabinet. Highly recommend not buying this product from Tractor Supply. It's not their fault it's faulty from Winchester Safes.

Everything a person needs to work a farm!
They have everything from clothing to chicken coops. Power tool and plants. The stores are always well stocked and prices are always reasonable. I come here frequently to buy stuff when I'm camping. The stock propane and firewood all year long. There's always plenty of parking and the people are friendly and ready to help.

I just wanna brag on the pet wash station and recommend it. It's absolutely amazing. My dog loves it and I love it. We use the scott location.

I LOVE this store. It's like a big boy toy store! When I was 5, I played with toy tractors and dump trucks, toy horse trailers and campers, now not much has changed except the toys have gotten bigger and cost more! Great selection of stuff geared towards homeowner/farmer, a little if everything. The staff at the Scott LA store are always over the top courteous and helpful. Sometimes I go just to get my daily walk in. Best deal around on metered propane for my camper. I hate those propane bottle exchanges, it's WAAAAYYY more expensive to buy that way.

We went to our local Tractor Supply (Scott, LA) this morning to use the dog wash station. We arrived to a full parking lot and the store had lots of customers inside. We proceeded to the dog wash station and found it clean and well-stocked. When we needed some assistance, I found a Tractor Supply worker - "August" - who went waaaay beyond to help us out. We find it like this every time we go - the staff are always so helpful! There are LOTS of big businesses who need to learn this lesson! Thanks for rocking it, August, and Tractor Supply, Scott, LA!

Pet grooming station is really below par compared to other nearby stores. No aprons to keep dry, no toe nail clippers, no slicker brush, two stations but only one blower worked, no comb, had to request more towels to even dry my dogs, no way to keep my dog safely in the tub unless I used my own collar and leash. I ultimately will not be back to the this store for this service unless changes are made.

Been buying from this specific location since day 1. I spend easily over a thousand week to weekly every month and to come here as of today and buy feed that was out front on a cart that had a yellow marked down tag from bags being ripped to feed being lost due to rips in the bags, for the manager ( Madison ) that was on duty to refuse to sell me the product because she didn’t see why she would let this product be sold to me at that price given. The yellow tag had SKU# and the marked down price and she still refused again several times after I told her it was them who marked this product as is. Needless to say I will not be back to this store for they do not withhold their word on said marked bags etc. This is definitely not the first time this has happened. I let those be but when it’s continued something needs to be said and done.I will find another feed store from here on out that’s not a Tractor Supply. Should have stayed with Anthony’s Feed Store in Church Point Louisiana.Hopefully no other customers has to deal with this rudeness like I have. And Madison on duty as said manager needs to reconsider what her title is and not let it go to her head and use that title above what it is. And to tell a paying customer that she’s the manager and what she says goes is very rude and unprofessional to say the least.Sorry about the long review and have a blessed day. 2/21/2024
