Avoid at all costs. Their customer service and issue resolution are abysmal. They delayed our appliances and did not notify us until the day that we were expected to get them. We waited an extra ten days. Once we reached the new date, they notified us the morning that we were expecting the delivery that it had been delayed again! This is NOT okay when you are handling essential home items like a washer, dryer, and refrigerator! Super unprofessional.

Staff at XPO Lafayette are always friendly & helpful! I have picked up freight several times & they are always professional!

Very poor customer service. The small business I manage in Lafayette had freight delivered from XPO. One of the large items was out of the box, missing pieces, and completely damaged to the point that it was useless to. I had to start the job that item was for to keep my own customers project moving along so she was happy, it’s called customer service. When the replacement item was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday and never showed I called and was told something happened with one of the truck and it would be delivered to me Friday. Mid Friday rolls around so I decide to call and check on it. I’m told it will be delivered in a few hours. Okay, no problem. Few hours later I get a call saying they can’t bring my freight and that I can either come pick it up or they’ll bring it Monday. We are very busy, I’m paying to have the freight delivered for a reason. So now at this point I will be a week late with an item I need for my customer while I’m striving to keep her happy and purchasing from me in the future all because XPO damaged my freight in the beginning and can’t get me my replacement freight in a reasonable time. The company I manage receives a lot of freight from truck lines and will never use XPO in the future.

Purchased a swimming pool and it was shipped thru this company..they lost the walls and it took another week for them to find the missing box. Then we had to drive an hour and a half round trip for a second time to pick it up! The girl in the front office was very rude both times! We will never recommend or use XPO Logistics again!
