Came here to say they offer Soft Touch and Touch free washes. But the instructions aren't clear. Just pick the wash you want and at the end it will ask Soft or No Brush

Car wash is great. I did have difficulty with the app for monthly service.

Excellent wash, but no towels to wipe your vehicle down or window cleaner. Great vacuum power.
