When my wife declined to pay a 50-dollar deposit and a 25-dollar per week rental fee for an 89-dollar knee scooter (because she'd rather buy one outright) they responded by saying "bless [my son's] heart" and told my wife she was making him suffer.

What a blessing that Accucare Medical was today!! The handheld remote was not working on my elderly mother's Power Lift & Recline Chair. When I called Accucare this morning, they immediately pulled the purchase record and sent a technician out to their home. After assessing the problem, Janet looked up warranty information for me and handled it immediately. The technician took the new control back to their house and got it set up for use---- all by noon!! It is comforting to know that they stand behind their sales and offer remedies to handle troubleshooting! Judy Stroud and Amber Stroud are also high on my list!!! Definitely recommend Accucare Medical.... they go above and beyond!! Grateful!

I am a breast survivor and has always been disappointed with finding a suitable bra for me because I am a large woman. Amber was the most caring and patient person to help me with this traumatic process. We tried on several bras and even placed a special order for a one to help with my shoulder problem (it was a great bra and comfortable). I was purchased a mobility scooter through this company as a surprise. I’m a recent amputee, but I drive and go places on my own. The chair I received was a nice chair, but the arm rest broke after 4 days and I require that to be able to transfer. Also, the chair was a little overpowered for my liking and entirely too big for me to handle alone. I spoke with the staff there and was immediately questioned as to what I did wrong. I was then told that they needed to see the armrest to believe it. I took the time and drove the chair to their offices and was told that I might have to pay for the armrest. I then asked about the possibility of swapping the chair. I was told that wasn’t an option because it was a special order. My sister wrote a review about them and they immediately contacted us to remove the review and they would take back the chair and refund most of the money minus a restock fee. I totally understand that. However, when we arrived, the amount changed to a lower amount than was agreed upon earlier. After much discussion, the original amount agreed to was refunded. I was then asked to get the review removed. What I have decided to do is leave my own. I understand how much of a mess this all was, but it could have been handled better by the staff. I would just advise that if you do business with them, keep copies of all transactions and conversations. It might save you a headache and a screaming match.

This place has went downhill . The manager Janet actually called my mom crazy to me . She lost the paperwork where I went in and specifically stated I needed a power chair for OUTDOOR usage for my 44 yr old newly RLBK amputee . I emphasized he used wheelchair and can walk soon short distances . We needed a foldable chair and paying cash and needed it lightweight and wouldn’t be used in home . She promised to send me 3 pictures to choose from . After 3 weeks of her not calling me back and actually annoyed I was checking up I asked my mom to call for me. She made my mother cry because she told her there was no patient by that name . Long story she lost our paperwork . Chose a chair on HER OWN that is NOT WORKING for us . Broke in one week and cost way more than we budgeted and ordered without permission but lied to my brother and my mom and said I picked it out . She refused a refund or exchange and expects us to fix the broken arm after one week of a $3000 chair !!! Please advise! They aren’t trust worthy

If there were more stars this business would definitely get them!!! My walker broke about 2 weeks ago and I’m practically immobile without it, I finally got my doctor to fax a prescription over to them yesterday morning. When I called them to check on getting a new one I was told that they would get to it as soon as they could, I thanked them and hung up. After thinking about it for a while I called them back, apologized for aggravating them, explained my situation to them and asked if there were anyway they could get to it before the weekend. I told them that I was going to go crazy if I didn’t get out of this house soon and there’s no way I could without the walker, this was around 1 PM and before 3:30 on the same day the lady called me and asked me if I wanted them to deliver it to me or if I wanted to pick it up!!!! I feel so blessed that my doctor chose this business for my walker because they are truly wonderful, they honestly care about people! There’s no way for me to tell them how thankful I am to them or how very much I appreciate them! It’s so nice to know that there are still truly caring people in this world because you to find them often! Thank y’all so much and God bless you, please don’t ever change!!!Sincerely,Deborah Price

No one here understands the term total payoff. I went in to payoff a piece of equipment. Asked more than once for total payoff. Got total, paid it. Then received another bill. Apparently the person I talked to. Did not understand me. Got another bill asked total payoff again. Paid it now I get another bill. This is getting ridiculous.

Customer service is my priority in purchasing items for my Mom, and this business has a gem with Janet. She is very knowledgeable about the products, very customer oriented and efficient. I will definitely be returning, as needed, to this business, and I highly recommend.
