My 4-year old absolutely loves this place. We first visited for their $20 open play hour, which is downstairs with the 2 trampolines, balance beams, rock wall, etc. Then I signed her up for their tumbling class, half of which takes place on the middle floor with a little obstacle course set up, and the other half takes place on the bottom floor. It's a great, relatively safe place for kids to burn off alot of energy and get their coordination and confidence up. About 7 kids per class. Classes fill very quickly, though once you're officially signed up for a class, you get priority registration for the next season. I will say that the place isn't as clean as I would like; the mats and equipment seem a bit sticky, there are big old cobwebs hanging from the tall ceilings, and thick layers of dust on light fixtures--they could really use a full, deep clean. But I don't think they have much if any competition in the city, and it doesn't deter us from going. Be sure to bring your own reusable water bottle, as kids are very active here and will be thirsty! They have water fountains and water bottle fillers. Open lockers and seating for adults downstairs.

Talked in circles with the receptionist after inquiring about how to enroll in a class. Basically they have ZERO openings even for a trial class so don't bother calling or asking about registering like I did. A complete waste of time!

We attended a birthday party this past weekend here and even as adults we had a blast! They've got a handful of activities for kids, and what looks like a turnkey solution for birthday parties. Would def go again - however prepare to go early to find parking x

Went here for a kids birthday party and my kid won't stop talking about this place! The downstairs level for under 5 years was so much fun. The kids were able to play with every piece of equipment solo or in a group and because we were there for a birthday party they provided two instructors. It was non stop running around, exploring, climbing, jumping, balancing and it will wear your kid out! Gender neutral single bathroom by the play area and gendered bathrooms in the back. Instructors were helpful in getting the kids to wash hands before eating and playing with them so the parents could actually socialize and have a break. Def looking into this for our kids parties and will always attend if we get invited to another one here! My kiddo was so worn out from two hours of running around and kept raving how fun it is! Love this place and staff is so nice

AcroSports is a great place to learn hand balancing. I took classes from both MeeZee and Mick. They are great teachers and patient and encouraging with everyone in the class. We would have people of all skill levels and the teacher would make adjustments based on ability. Class sizes are small so lots of individual attention and the price is incredible at $35 or less for a 1h 30 minute class. My handstands have greatly improved thanks to MeeZee, Mick and AcroSports!

We celebrated our son's birthday in Acro Sports and chose the Ultra Package. First of all I appreciate the 1 coach and the 1 office staff. They made my son's birthday fun to their best ability. The place was fun and my son along with his 24 guests had an amazing time. For that, I would actually give the place 5 stars. Unfortunately, my rating is 3 due to undelivered service in the Ultra Package. This is perhaps management issues/staffing issues which I understand is happening in many businesses. Although the Ultra package should have included 2 coaches, clean the party room and assist with the set up, we had to do that all of that on our own. My husband and I assisted the coach and the office staff. I had some guests take over so I can clean the party room and set it up. In the end, the organization charged for the undelivered package deal. Again, I am thankful of the coach and office staff for their efforts.

I understand everyone has a different experience so ours may not be yours. Sadly, we did not have a good experience. Communication is really a problem here, and I question whether staff and management communicate. Basically, due to a lot of poor communication all around, my daughter is in a class that is way too advanced for her, even if she started from the beginning. The instructor basically said that this was too advanced of a class for her, and that he didn't have the time to focus on bringing her up to speed while continuing to teach the class he has! And you know what, I am NOT mad at him. I totally get it! I signed up with the understanding that the instructor could work with such a beginner. I paid for the rest of the class (there are 2 more classes) in advance, so she will keep on going. There's no refund policy and we won't be coming in the fall. I don't want to lose out on the money I paid for, for this class. The other thing is class choices and schedule availability are limited. That part can't be helped. You can't force people to work. Finally, I generally didn't get a warm, welcoming feeling. It's quite disorganized, chaotic, and hurried here.

I spent my childhood growing up here. I have seen so much growth and the dedication to childhood development is foremost!

Came to train at AcroSports on Wednesday night, 10/27, just to be yelled at for no reason. The host, Mick, started yelling at me for not putting the mats away 5 mins before the Open Gym was up. As far as I'm concerned, I paid for 1h30mins of whatever I'd like to work on, not for a hostile environment and 1h55mins. It has never happened with other hosts. Furthermore, he went on to claim that we had to put things away before 9pm because he had to catch a bus. I'm sorry but that's none of the guests' concern. Even worse, a few minutes after yelling at me across the room, he came to tell me I should listen to him and not make excuses. What excuses? Me answering I have a few minutes before open gym is over ? I've been coming to AcroSports since the end of 2017, and it has never happened. Thanks to this, I will not step a foot in a facility that creates a hostile environment for guests. Till thus day, even after reaching out to AcroSports, no one has taken the time to reach back to me. Hopefully, Mick doesn't treat his other guests with the same energy as he did with me tonight. .

What an awesome historic gym, with so much variety! It's always clean and lots of room. The Coaches are dedicated to their jobs and to their students. They offer something for all ages. Tumbling, conditioning, parkour circus arts and more. It's sad that they are closed due to the COVID pandemic but, great they are offering FREE online classes. Coach Erin is amazing with her adult and youth hula hoop classes. Last weeks youth gymnastic stretch class was a success with over 68 youngsters attending. What a great way to reach out to all those kids that are missing Acrosports. Can't wait for the youths gymnastic jumps and leaps class tomorrow. Really miss Coach Elijah's parkour classes. He always stays on top of all the new tricks and continues to encourage and build confidence with the youth and adult students.

This was our 2nd year in a row for a birthday party for one of the kiddos... He loved it at 5 & definitely loved it at again at 6 years old... We've never done classes so can't speak to anything other than how much fun (and how easy it is!) for kid's parties... Basically: show up (early so can start on time) - play hard (zipline yes!) - eat pizza & cake - and walk out - no clean up needed - it's all done for you! Thanks AcroSports for another great party... Here's hoping he doesn't grow out of his Acro love by next year!

My partner took a "beginner" parkour class here and was badly injured. The coaching was rushed and she said the class was intense for a "beginner" class. During class, she dislocated her ankle badly enough to go to the ER. The staff offered us crutches and ice packs which were helpful, and a woman who seemed to be the owner said she would help with any medical costs. After repeated attempts to reach her, she stopped responding to our emails. Pretty lame. It's a shame we had such a horrible experience here, because they offer a lot of classes and are conveniently located.

The gym is great. There sign up policy is narrow minded. They have an early registration period of one week allowing the most recent school participants and their siblings to register for classes before anyone else. We found that time slots that would allow us to attend the school get taken up before we have an opportunity to register. Perhaps they could just make it a first come first serve registration and do away with priority registration. We were customers of this organization and would like to be again. If we don't have equal opportunity to sign up for classes then that is unlikely to happen.
