Bought a car battery on 2-02-2024 at north market store since it was close to where I was working. Did not need the battery since the dead battery had a warranty which I found out later from my wife. The new battery was never used. Attempted to return the battery at the East 70th store since it was close to my home on 2-03-2024. Had the receipt to return battery. Explained to the guy behind the counter and he told me I needed to return the battery at North Market store due to the “particulars of the situation”. He could not give me any other reason except “the particulars of the situation”. Will never buy anything from this store again.

I went into advance Auto parts to find a specific light bulb for my test light. The associate came over and helped me look for the light bulb but unfortunately, they did not have that specific lightbulb but they did point me in the right direction of where I could find it.

I just bought a few items 2 days ago paid with a credit card have the receipt in hand and they couldn't give me my money back. I called the manager who was no help. Guess I should've stuck with O'Reilly Auto parts.
